Black Men and Mental Health
As part of Black Mental Health Week, Afropolitan Canada is hosting three live (3) discussions on Instagram with members of the community on the state of Black men and women’s mental health during and post pandemic.
The conversations have the objective to unpack the challenges that Black women and men faced during the pandemic, to understand their coping mechanisms and to get tips as to how to advocate for ourselves at home, in a work environment or even with friends and family.
Each discussion will be an hour long with three panelists and one moderator. Conversations will be recorded and will remain on our Instagram page.
