As part of Black Mental Health Week, Afri-Can FoodBasket is hosting a live panel discussion with professional members from the community on the impact of Food Insecurity & Black Mental Health before, during and post pandemic.
The goal of this conversation is to highlight and better understand the impact of Severe, Moderate and Marginal Food Insecurity on Black Mental Health and Wellbeing.
During this one hour discussion, panelists will share professional insight on the intersection between poor nutrition, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, economic hardships and more.
