Emotional Health (Workshop)

Discussion and open conversation about the current state of our emotional health and intelligence. With experiential exercises and self-awareness questions we will gain insight into the habits, thought patterns, and underlying beliefs hijacking our relationships and happiness. We will dispel some myths and come up with new rules for ourselves to overcome fear and take control of our lives. Includes Q&A.
