The goal of this workshop is to discuss the health benefits of laughter and to examine how comedy serves both the audience and the performer. Participants can find connections with others in the group by sharing stories about life experiences, growth, and change.

This is a closed event designed specifically for members of the African Caribbean Black (ACB) community to engage in a supportive and affirming space. Please acknowledge this registration requirement and only proceed to sign-up if you self-identify as African Caribbean Black.
