Lunch and Learn Webinar – Intergenerational Experiences
Join us for an engaging online event during Black Mental Health Week! This Lunch and Learn Webinar will focus on exploring intergenerational experiences within the Black community. Self-regulation is a dangerous tool which promotes isolation, depression, and anxiety for Black bodies. Our enslaved and colonized ancestors have been self-regulating as a means of survival in the face of danger. The biggest gift we can model to our children is co-regulation. Co-regulation models leadership; connection to body & spirit; emotional; intelligence; and community. In this workshop, we will briefly discuss the nature of co-regulation with practical exercises for children and adults. Register now to secure your spot!
