Reclaiming the Circle: The Power of Connection in a Digital Age
Reclaiming the Circle: The Power of Connection in a Digital Age
This gathering brings the traditional circle into the digital age through storytelling and reflection
As part of Black Mental Health Week 2026, in partnership with the City of Toronto and TAIBU Community Health Centre, Mind State U presents a virtual moderated dialogue exploring connection, identity, and community in a digital world. This event reimagines the traditional circle through storytelling, shared reflection, and cultural conversation.
Together with the hosts of He's A Guy Podcast and registered social worker Leslie Ann Smith, we will explore generational resilience, emotional expression, digital overwhelm, and the role of intentional community in supporting well being.
This is a community conversation, not therapy. The space is designed for reflection, insight, and shared perspective. If you have ever felt connected online but unseen in real life, this conversation is for you.
