These Triggas! is a sketch comedy series about the triggers that Black Canadians deal with. Creator Anthony Q. Farrell will lead participants through the process of creating humour using our personal life experiences.

The workshop builds on listening, openness, and demonstrating new ideas in a group. The activity is fun and spontaneous, with the goal of boosting creativity, building trust, and increasing laughter for improved mental health.

This is a closed event designed specifically for members of the African Caribbean Black (ACB) community to engage in a supportive and affirming space. Please acknowledge this registration requirement and only proceed to sigh-up if you self-identify as African Caribbean Black.
